How will I be entered in the drawing?
If you choose to share your email address, you will be entered into the drawing. Soon after the survey closes, we will pull email addresses associated with completed surveys and use a random number generator to pull the winner(s).
What criteria allows me to be entered to win?
You are automatically entered if you submit a completed survey, along with your voluntarily provided name and contact information (email address or phone number).
If you can identify me to win, does this mean it is not an anonymous survey?
This is not a fully anonymous survey, as we will associate unique completed survey codes back to email addresses. However, survey content and results will not be associated with any individually identifying information.
